All digital product sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed. This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our products and prevent unauthorized use or distribution.

However, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any technical issues or believe there was an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we’ll do our best to help.

We’ll gladly assist if:

  • You purchased the same item more than once by mistake
  • The files are corrupted (we’ll replace them or troubleshoot)
  • You did not receive the product due to a system error

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.

 

Physical Products

We want you to love every product you receive from us. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right. Quality is guaranteed—if there’s a visible print defect, fulfillment mistake, or damaged item, we’ll replace or refund it. Just follow the instructions below to help us resolve the issue quickly.

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging, taken on a flat, well-lit surface


Eligible Returns & Replacements

We accept refund or replacement requests if:

  • Your order arrives physically damaged
  • You received the wrong item, color, or size
  • There is a manufacturing or fulfillment error

To be eligible, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting details.

Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Orders marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier
  • Items that are lost, delayed, or damaged after being delivered to freight forwarders
  • Made-to-order products returned due to buyer’s remorse or sizing issues

Once an order is marked as delivered, risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer—especially when using third-party forwarding services.
